Shipping policy

MOST ORDERS ARE DELIVERED WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS

Orders are shipped on regular business days, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Orders typically ship in 2-3 business days after being placed. Please note that shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times. If there are any delays , we will contact the customer to make appropriate adjustments.

We reserve the right to modify shipping offer rules and regulations or to discontinue shipping offers at any time without notice.

Orders from Canadian customers are delivered by Canada post. You will have the option to chose the shipping package at the time of confirming the order.  Most of the packages offered by Canada post to Honeymist via Shopify provide a tracking number to trace the shipment. For more details on insurance coverage etc, please refer to Canada post's shipping polices.

 For Orders from International destinations, please refer to policies offered by shipping company while you confirm the order. Honeymist will not be responsible for any shipment rejection /delayed by authorities in your country due to any ingredient or product related matter.
